Examples of devices using dynamic chaos for wireless UWB communications

Chaotic generator
Generator of UWB microwave chaotic signals
Frequency band: 3–5 GHz
Spectrum bandwidth: 2 GHz
Power: units of mW
Testbed of UWB high-rate direct chaotic communication system
The testbed demonstrates wireless real-time transmission of digital information between two personal computers with 100 Mbps rate (wireless Ethernet). The testbed is based on DCC technology proposed in IRE RAS.
Frequency band: 3–5 GHz
Range: 10 m
Low-rate system for data transmission
Transceiver for data transmission with rates up to 2.5 Mbps.
Frequency band: 3–5 GHz
Distance range: 30 m
Interface: RS232 / USB
“Pervach (Firstling)" – the first robot controlled by chaos
The system for controlling this robot is based on technology of UWB wireless communications with chaotic radio pulses as information carriers. The robot demonstrates use of chaotic signals for low-rate communications complying with IEEE 802.15.4a standard.
System frequency band: 3–5 GHz
Control signal bandwidth: 2 GHz
Distance range: 12…15 m
Toy size: 232 ő 148 ő 128 mm
Active RFID / radio labels / remote control
Active radio labels periodically transmit data about their state or, if button is pressed, transmit data stored in built-in memory with rate ~2.5 Mbps.
Wireless data collecting system

Development Kit for wireless data collection networks, allowing to design networks for monitoring objects or buildings, or active label networks.

Development Kit contains several transmitters and a receiver of microwave UWB chaotic signals, connected to a computer, and a software that allows to control the receiver, to display its state, to receive data from the network of transmitters, automatically recognize the presence of each transmitter, save or process data from the receivers.
